Having just completed my first-ever cruise aboard Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady, I can honestly say it was an experience unlike any other. The ship is packed with amazing features that kept me entertained and relaxed throughout the journey. One of my favorite spots was definitely the outdoor decks—which include a full running track that allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine while enjoying stunning ocean views. I also loved the variety of bars around the ship, especially the one overlooking the pool where lively pool parties take place. Besides the traditional pool and hot tubs, there's also a boxing area and not just one, but two gyms, which was perfect for staying active. The recreational facilities like the basketball court and swings added a playful aspect to the cruise that was unexpected but very enjoyable. From a relaxation perspective, the comfy beds with umbrellas scattered around the decks provided excellent spots to unwind in the sun. I even took a Pilates class during the trip, which was a nice touch for wellness-focused travelers. What really stood out to me was the social atmosphere onboard. Whether it was the main bar, the parties, or simply strolling the decks watching the ocean, Virgin Voyages creates a vibrant, youthful environment that feels fresh and exciting. If you're considering a cruise and want something with a modern twist that combines fitness, fun, and relaxation, the Scarlet Lady is an excellent pick. It was an unforgettable first cruise for me, and I’m already looking forward to booking another Virgin Voyages adventure!
