Where To Shop in Korea 🇰🇷
[food recommendation on my IGS] [talked about skin treatments here]
this is a summary of some of my fav shopping spots in Seoul 🙂
1. Glowny
House of Glowny + Glowny Itaewon for the best clothes perioddddd
2. ?? PACKTURAIB (Seongsu)
I forgot the name of this shop 🥲 but this is the name that showed up on my CC statement. It’s a multi brand store and they carry popular brands like flareup and also smaller Korean brands - I loved this place! I rmb it’s near 29cm and EQL. If anyone knows, comment below!!
3. GROVE
Specifically the garousil store!! They had massive sales across the entire store when I went — such an amazing deal. Idk if this store specifically is the “sale” store but the other stores have sale racks too
I loved the vibes here and I think it’s a nice outlet to get a lelabo. If not… the coffee is great!
I went to a couple of smaller vintage stores in seongsu (there are a couple random ones sprinkled around) but this one in Hongdae was massive! And had a good selection w good price
6. #makeup
I got some pretty good makeup from Daiso!! I go for brands like etude, merry, dinto and the 1,000w daily face masks.
Hemeko cosmetics >> olive young to me cos they carry smaller indie brands like aou, a.chi and heseul for skincare 😌
What other lists should i make of my fav spots? 🌍 guess the countries I’m headed to this upcoming winter?

Seoul’s shopping scene is truly a treasure trove for those who love indie brands and unique vintage fashion. Besides the standout spots like Glowny and GROVE, I also recommend exploring smaller neighborhoods like Seongsu and Hongdae where you can find hidden boutiques and vintage stores that offer one-of-a-kind pieces at affordable prices. For indie brand lovers, keep an eye out for flareup and other local designers that bring fresh, original styles. If you’re after skincare and cosmetics, don't miss Hemeko cosmetics and Olive Young stores, which carry niche Korean brands such as aou, a.chi, and heseul, perfect for sensitive skin or unique beauty routines. I also recommend popping into Daiso for affordable makeup basics like face masks from popular brands like etude and merry. Aside from shopping, cafés like LE LABO 北村旗艦店 provide a relaxing environment to rest and enjoy a coffee break, making your shopping adventure even more enjoyable. Whether you’re hunting for streetwear or classic vintage treasures, Seoul offers a diverse shopping experience that suits all styles and budgets. Don’t forget to check out sale racks often available across these stores to snag some amazing deals! If you’re planning your trip, consider timing your visit to coincide with sales seasons or special store events, which can make your shopping spree even more rewarding. And if you’re looking for more recommendations or hidden gems, feel free to explore the local forums and communities online where shoppers share their latest finds and tips.
