75 Soft *My Variation*
Decided I wanted to create my own variation of 75 soft with activities I need to tap into for this season of my life.
I’m starting April 1st so I’m prepping myself this weekend to map out my routine that will work for this challenge. It’s been very hard for me to keep any type of routine since graduating college last May (especially when my routine involves activities that solely benefit myself ) and I pray this “challenge” kick starts that momentum for me.
I want to put this out there to encourage anyone to make their own version of 75 soft or hard that aligns with your goals and lifestyle not what social media tells you what should. So if you have a push to change your habits like I did, delay that feeling no more! LETS DO! Keep God first in all that you do to make it through your journey. I believe He will equip me and you with the strength and patience that we didn’t have before. 🤍

Creating a personalized routine is essential, especially after major life transitions like graduation. The 75 Soft Challenge is about flexibility and setting attainable goals that resonate with your lifestyle. Incorporate daily habits like reading, learning a new language, drinking plenty of water, engaging in spiritual practices, and physical activity. To stay motivated, reflect on your reasons for starting this journey and embrace vulnerability by sharing your goals with a supportive community. Acknowledge that setbacks may occur but remember the biblical promise in 2 Chronicles 15:7: 'But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.' Encouraging others to find their unique rhythm can foster accountability and inspiration. This customized approach not only enhances personal growth but also reinforces connections with faith and community, guiding us through our individual challenges.
