Water vs Silicone??

So, how do you tell the difference? It’s all about the ingredients list! For silicone-based products, you'll often see ingredients ending in '-cone', '-siloxane', or '-methicone' listed among the first few ingredients. Think dimethicone, cyclomethicone, or cyclopentasiloxane. These create a smooth, blurring effect and a 'slippery' feel.
