As for XP (Experience Points), that's how Duolingo measures your progress. You earn XP by completing lessons, practicing, doing stories, and tackling Legendary levels. Seeing my 59203 total XP grow is such a satisfying way to track how much I've learned. Plus, once you hit a certain streak, you can join the Streak Society, which adds another layer of motivation and a sense of accomplishment. Now, let's talk about languages! Duolingo offers such an incredible variety, making it easy to dip your toes into new cultures. Currently, I'm diving deep into French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, and Polish. Each language presents its own unique challenges and rewards. For example, learning Arabic on Duolingo has been fascinating with its script and different sounds, while refining my French and Italian has felt like revisiting old friends. Connecting with friends and seeing their progress on the leaderboard adds a fun, competitive edge. It's so motivating to see what others are achieving, and it can push you to do a little extra. Looking back, Duolingo has certainly evolved.
