File Norway Visa itself 🇳🇴 From filing until Passport returns to VFS. It only takes 7 days.
When looking for information before filing, I felt that there were not many Norwegian Visa reviews, so I gathered the actual preparation + VFS day experience into one post in case anyone was going to file the same:)
There are things that are not known by reading the checklist, but just know when they actually file.
We got there about 15 minutes early, but the official said that the Norwegian Visa could file. No waiting time. (This is the day we went. Ask the front officer again.)
Before going inside, there's an appointment sheet and paperwork, then pick up the cue card and wait for the paperwork again.
If the document is lacking, then need to print more. Introduce the red shop on the right side of the same floor VFS. We find that it is cheaper than the inner print.
And the other thing I just knew that day was that the photo taken at Biometrics was going to be on Visa 😂. Who's serious about the photo?
It takes about 30 minutes to complete the biometrics.
Our timeline part is very fast.
July 10 filing at VFS
July 13 forwarded to the Norwegian Embassy.
July 17 Passport returns to VFS
Total 7 days. 🇳🇴✨

สำหรับคนที่กำลังเตรียมยื่น Norway Visa ด้วยตัวเอง อยากแชร์เพิ่มเติมจากประสบการณ์จริงที่ได้เจอเพิ่มเติมนะคะ การเตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนและเรียบร้อยตั้งแต่แรกเป็นหัวใจสำคัญมาก เพราะจะช่วยลดเวลาและความยุ่งยากตอนยื่นเอกสารที่ VFS แน่นอนว่าเส้นทางนี้อาจจะดูซับซ้อนสำหรับหลายคน แต่ถ้าเตรียมพร้อมดี ๆ ก็จะผ่านได้ง่ายและรวดเร็วจริง ๆ สิ่งที่แนะนำคือควรตรวจสอบเอกสารทุกฉบับให้ชัดเจนว่าเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด และอย่าลืมถ่ายสำเนาทุกอย่างรวมถึงใบเสร็จการชำระเงิน VFS เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่อาจขอตรวจสอบเมื่อเข้าหน้างาน นอกจากนี้ถ้ามีธุรกิจส่วนตัวหรือทำงานอิสระ ควรเตรียมเอกสารทางการเงินหลายรูปแบบ เช่น สลิปเงินเดือน บัญชีธนาคารย้อนหลัง หรือเอกสารแสดงรายได้อื่น ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือ การเตรียมรูปถ่ายสำหรับ Biometrics ควรแต่งตัวและจัดแต่งทรงผมให้เรียบร้อย เพราะรูปนี้จะถูกนำไปใช้บนวีซ่าโดยตรง ซึ่งการดูแลภาพให้ดูดีจะช่วยเสริมความมั่นใจว่าผู้ขอวีซ่ามีความพร้อมในการเดินทางจริง เรื่องเวลาในการยื่นเอกสารไม่ต้องกังวลมาก สามารถไปก่อนเวลานัดได้บ้าง อย่างในเคสนี้ผู้เขียนไปก่อน 15 นาที แต่สามารถเข้าไปยื่นได้เลยโดยไม่ต้องรอถึงเวลานัด ซึ่งช่วยประหยัดเวลารอ และช่วยให้กระบวนการทั้งหมดเสร็จเร็วขึ้นมาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อรวมเวลาทำ Biometrics ที่ใช้เพียงประมาณ 30 นาทีเท่านั้น อีกหนึ่งข้อดีที่ควรรู้คือข้างใน VFS มีร้านให้บริการพิมพ์เอกสารอย่างรวดเร็ว ราคายังถูกกว่าพิมพ์ในตัวอาคารอีกด้วย ทำให้สะดวกมากหากลืมพกเอกสารหรือมีข้อผิดพลาดที่ต้องแก้ไขด่วน สุดท้ายอยากให้ทุกคนเปิดใจก่อนยื่น สำหรับกรณีที่จะพาเด็กไปยื่นวีซ่าด้วย การเตรียมเอกสารและการให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมจะต้องพิถีพิถันเพื่อให้ผ่านง่ายขึ้น ใครที่มีคำถามหรือข้อสงสัยเฉพาะเจาะจงเกี่ยวกับเอกสาร การเงินหรือขั้นตอน สามารถลองสอบถาม VFS โดยตรง หรือค้นหาประสบการณ์จากผู้ที่ผ่านกระบวนการนี้แล้วจะช่วยให้มองภาพรวมได้ดีขึ้นค่ะ การยื่นวีซ่านอร์เวย์ด้วยตัวเองอาจจะท้าทาย แต่ถ้าเข้าใจขั้นตอนและเตรียมตัวอย่างดี สิ่งนี้จะกลายเป็นเรื่องง่ายและสามารถทำเองได้ภายใน 7 วันเหมือนในเคสนี้จริง ๆค่ะ
