Amalfi is such a beautiful place that I think everyone should see at least once in their life, but there are a few things you need to know before you go! the main thing is regarding transportation. Amalfi is not easy to get to, and it’s important to make sure you have your ducks in a row when it comes to transportation. The most common route is arriving in Naples and then taking a taxi to the coast. The ride is about 2 hours long and make sure you have it scheduled! It can be very expensive day of and when demand is high, it’ll be difficult to find someone willing to go that far. Next is stairs! It’s pretty common knowledge that there are plenty of stairs in Amalfi, but they are steep, uneven, and no joke! Prepare yourself.
