Closet tour!

Having a big closet is one of my favorite parts of my apartment. My bedroom is less messy and it’s inside my own bathroom so, what’s better than that?

Sometimes it can get messy. When I’m trying on stuff before going out, or even organizing clean clothes can be a lot of work; although I love it, sometimes it makes me wanna have less things.

I’m actually organizing my clothes again in section of clothes that I can actually wear and that I really love, the ones I can sell, and the ones I can donate.

As I said before most of my clothes are thrifted and they also represent different versions of me, so as a person that changes a lot, a big closet made me realize how much I had. Before I had a very small closet and everything was in drawers so never realized I had so many things.

I’m grateful and blessed but at the same time I know we don’t need much, that’s why I’m trying to donate and sell some of it. Sometimes having too much gets out of hand and you don’t even know what you have and don’t even wear half of the things you own.

This article highlights the importance of closet organization and decluttering—both crucial for anyone looking to optimize their storage and simplify their life. Effective closet management begins with sorting your clothes by categories that resonate with your lifestyle. You can divide your wardrobe into pieces you wear frequently, items you wish to sell, and those you're ready to donate or recycle. Incorporating color coding is also an attractive method to make your clothes visually appealing while streamlining accessibility. Regularly assessing your clothing inventory helps prevent overflowing closets. It’s easy to forget what you own when everything feels crammed. Embracing the philosophy of ‘less is more’ allows you to appreciate what you love rather than feeling burdened by too many options. This reflective practice leads to a more intentional wardrobe full of items you adore.
