ベネッセハウスミュージアムは、美術館とホテルが融合されたユニークな施設で、瀬戸内海の美しい自然を感じながらアート鑑賞ができる場所です。私も訪れた際は時間がなくて館内に入れませんでしたが、施設の外にも様々なアート作品が点在していて、目の前に広がる海の風景と相まって、とてもリラックスできる空間でした。 宿泊すると営業時間外もミュージアムを利用できるので、のんびりと作品を堪能したい方には特におすすめです。また、建物のデザイン自体が自然と調和しており、建築好きの方にも魅力的なスポットです。夕暮れ時には瀬戸内海の穏やかな波と、微妙に変化する光の中で、アートがまた違った表情を見せてくれます。 チケットはオンラインで購入すると割安で、15歳以下は無料という点も家族連れには嬉しいポイント。直島観光の際はぜひ訪れて、自然・建築・アートの三位一体の体験を味わってみてください。私も次回はホテルに泊まってゆっくり楽しみたいと思っています！
