ANGHAM by LATTAFA
ANGHAM by @lattafa_perfumes
After days of indulging in this beauty, I’m ready to give you all the tea on Angham.
The verdict is in: the girlies were absolutely right—she is that gworl! On my skin, Angham radiates with a warm, sweet vanilla that steals the spotlight immediately, opening with the bold, spicy flirtation of ginger and pink pepper. As she unfolds, you’re met with a decadent heart of lavender, praline, cacao, and jasmine.
I was a little surprised to find out that Angham is often compared to Goddess. In my opinion, they couldn’t be more different. While Goddess leans heavily into vanilla, Angham plays with an intricate balance of notes that takes you on a completely different olfactory journey.
She’s quickly climbing my list of favorites from @lattafa_perfumes , and it’s no surprise. Another successful blind buy for me, and I couldn’t be more content.
Have you tried Angham yet?

After days of indulging in this beauty, I'm ready to give you all the tea on Angham. While the original post touched on its immediate charm, I wanted to dive deeper into my full experience with this Lattafa gem, especially for those of you curious about its longevity, sillage, and that burning 'dupe' question. My Personal Experience with Angham's Longevity & Sillage When I first sprayed Angham, I was immediately drawn in by that warm, sweet vanilla, but what truly surprised me was its staying power. I often get a good 6-8 hours on my skin, sometimes even more on clothes. It projects beautifully for the first few hours, creating a lovely scent bubble without being overwhelming. It's definitely not a skin scent right away, which is a big plus for me when I want my fragrance to make an impression. People often compliment it even hours after I've applied it, which, for me, is the ultimate test of a good perfume. Diving Deeper: Why Angham Stands Apart from "Goddess" (and Other Dupes) The comparison to Goddess is something I hear a lot, and while I understand why people might initially think so due to the vanilla prominence, after wearing Angham extensively, I can confidently say they are sisters, not twins. Goddess, to my nose, is a much more straightforward, linear vanilla. It's beautiful, but it tends to stay pretty much the same from start to finish. Angham, on the other hand, is a whole journey. The initial spicy kick of ginger and pink pepper gives it a bright, almost playful opening that Goddess doesn't have. Then those rich heart notes of lavender, praline, and cacao weave in, adding layers of complexity and a gourmand touch that makes Angham feel much more sophisticated and multi-faceted. It’s like Goddess is a delicious vanilla ice cream, and Angham is a gourmet vanilla bean crème brûlée with a hint of spice and chocolate – both amazing, but distinctly different experiences. When & Where I Love to Wear Angham I find Angham incredibly versatile. Because of its warmth and sweetness, it's perfect for cooler evenings and cozy nights out, especially in fall and winter. However, the floral and spicy elements lighten it enough that I've comfortably worn it during slightly warmer spring days too, just with a lighter hand. It's elegant enough for a special occasion but also comforting enough for a casual day when you want to feel put-together and alluring. It truly makes me feel 'that gworl' no matter the setting! Navigating the World of Arabian Perfume Blind Buys (and Lattafa Gems) Speaking of blind buys, my experience with Angham was a happy surprise, but I know blind buying can be a gamble, especially with Arabian perfumes. My advice, if you're looking to explore more Lattafa or other Middle Eastern gems, is to always do your research. Watch reviews, look at the note breakdown, and try to find descriptions that resonate with scents you already love. If possible, test on skin, but if not, Lattafa often offers fantastic value, making a blind buy less risky. Don't be afraid to try some of their smaller bottles or decants first. There's a whole world of unique and affordable fragrances waiting to be discovered! Similar Scents & Layering Ideas If you adore the warm, sweet, slightly spicy gourmand vibe of Angham, you might also like to explore other Lattafa offerings like Khamrah (another popular gourmand known for its date and cinnamon notes) or even some of their more floral-oriental blends. For layering, I've found it pairs wonderfully with a simple vanilla body lotion to enhance its sweetness, or even with a touch of a pure patchouli oil to deepen its earthy, cacao notes for an evening out. It's fun to experiment and make it truly your own!

I need a backup bottle 😂🔥❤️
