GIRL TO GIRL
Navigating the teenage years can be really challenging, especially when facing insecurities about appearance and self-worth. From my experience, one of the most important things is embracing self-care routines that nurture both your body and mind. For skincare, simple steps like cleansing twice daily, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen can make a huge difference over time. Avoid harsh products and focus on ingredients that suit your skin type, such as gentle cleansers for sensitive skin or hydrating lotions if your skin feels dry. Mentally, it's key to develop a positive mindset by setting small achievable goals, practicing gratitude, and surrounding yourself with supportive friends and family. Journaling can be a great outlet to express emotions and track your personal growth. When it comes to makeup, start with basics like tinted moisturizer or BB cream, light mascara, and lip balm to enhance your natural features without feeling overwhelmed. School life can also be stressful, so managing your time effectively and staying organized with planners or apps will help reduce anxiety. Don’t hesitate to seek advice from older siblings or mentors who understand what you're going through—that 'big sis advice' can be invaluable. Remember, every girl's journey is unique, and being kind to yourself through ups and downs is essential. If you keep learning and caring for yourself holistically, you'll steadily build confidence and become the best version of yourself.

My biggest school tip is be who you are and want to be no matter who judges you , you are you and you are in control of you don’t let anyone control you , when YOU are in control of that , it will make high school really easy it did for me I was happier not letting others control me , and plus the people who are around you you won’t see after graduation so why let them get to you ? I hope this helps 😍
