Deep core Pilates workout

Tone & tighten your body’s natural corset with this Pilates inspired deep core workout. Option to grab a pair of 1-3lb weights or add a band & challenge yourself even further. Full workout ⬇️

1. Curl ups x 10

Keep your feet together in a diamond shape and squeezing them to activate your deep core. As you curl up, lift your legs, head, & bring your arms down by your side.

2. Leg lifts with a twist x 12

Bring your legs over head. As you lift up, tap your left toe down and reach for your right foot with your left hand. Repeat on one side then switch sides.

3. Reach arounds x 10

Keep the same movement with your feet but this time as you lift up bring the weights around the back of your thigh. Repeat on one side then switch to the next.

4. Glute bridges x 15

Come up onto your heels and begin to perform glute bridges. Option to make it harder by adding weights and extending your arms overhead.
