"Coincidence?"

We're at the healing pool at Bethesda on Sabbath.

John 5:13

Now the man who had been healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, as there was a crowd in the place.

The man's focus was on being healed, not on the Healer. It wasn't till later that he identified it was Jesus when he encountered Him again in the temple, when Jesus told him to stop sinning.

Are we recognizing the miracles going on on in our lives? Or are they random coincidences? Were the prayers you asked long ago, being answered now, only to go unnoticed for what they are? Does God have to spell them out?

I only want You Jesus, nothing else is needed and nothing else matters. With You I can overcome anything, with You, I have overcome everything. Quietly sitting in Your presence brings me all the healing I need. My body may be broken and my emotions torn to shreds, but as long as my mind is in tact, I'll never fail to recognize the One who truly loves me... I love You, Amen 🙏
