Apple 🍎 Cider Cinnamon Caramels

•2 Cups of Apple cider (heat to boil and reduce to simmer). Cook until the water is evaporated about 45 mins. (It will look like caramel)

•1/2 cup of packed brown sugar.

•1 cup of sugar

•1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

•4tbls butter

(Stir slowly and gently bringing to a boil.

•using a candy thermometer 🌡️ heat to 250°

•Remove from heat and GENTLY stir in 1 tsp cinnamon & 1/2 tsp salt

Cool and pour into a parchment lined loaf pan.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.
