( I process the bread in food processor course not fine)
Debone chicken and tear in pieces
Chop onion( I do onion fine in processor for those who think they don't like. You can't see it )
Put broth, cream of chicken, cream of celery, chopped onion in processed bread. Stir. Add sage to taste. I use not hardly a whole bottle of rubbed sage in the two pans I make. We like sage. Add salt and pepper to taste add chicken pieces.
Pour into buttered pans. I use aluminum .
I like having some on hand.
Bake 400° for 35-45 mins (20-25 mins covered with foil 15mins without foil) toothpick test in the middle should come out dry.
Frozen instructions: 300 until it thaws and cook the rest of the way.
When cooking the not so deep pans it will take lesser time. Prob 30-40 min
