Ingredients:

2-4 pounds of beef ( thinly sliced).

In a mortar or blender:

6 cloves garlic.

Small piece ginger ( larger than your thumb).

1 tsp salt.

1 tbsp whole black peppercorn.

1/4 cup brown sugar.

1 tsp MSG ( optional).

Blend to combine.

Add on :

1 tbsp soy sauce.

3 tbsp oyster sauce.

3 tbsp cooking oil.

1 tbsp sesame seed.

Mix to combine.

👉 Best to marinade overnight before drying.

Can be sun dried or use food dehydrator .

👉Before consuming:

Deep fry with cooking oil for a minute or two or until it nice and done.
