These practices, while fashionable, can lead to significant breakage and even traction alopecia – something I’ve personally experienced and learned to manage. It's heartbreaking to see your hard-earned length literally snap off! The OCR mentioned how quickly hair follicles can be damaged, and that's exactly what happens when we're not careful.
