การเรียนรู้คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับที่ทำงานถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญสำหรับใครที่อยากเพิ่มทักษะภาษาของตัวเอง แม้จะอยู่บ้านเฉยๆ ก็สามารถใช้เวลานี้เปลี่ยนเป็นโอกาสพัฒนาตัวเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จากประสบการณ์ตรง ผมพบว่าการตั้งเป้าหมายเรียนรู้คำศัพท์วันละ 5-10 คำ ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยให้ได้คำศัพท์ใหม่ๆ แต่ยังช่วยให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องและไม่รู้สึกท้อ การคัดเลือกคำศัพท์ที่ใช้บ่อยในที่ทำงาน เช่น Deadline (กำหนดส่งงาน), Meeting (การประชุม), และ Promotion (การเลื่อนตำแหน่ง) ทำให้คำเหล่านี้ยิ่งมีประโยชน์ในการสอบหรือใช้ในชีวิตจริง นอกจากนี้ การนำคำศัพท์มาใช้ในประโยคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับชีวิตจริง เช่น "I have a meeting before the deadline." ช่วยให้การจำคำศัพท์เป็นไปอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติและมีความหมายมากขึ้น ซึ่งวิธีนี้ผมใช้บ่อยและพบว่าได้ผลมากกว่าการท่องศัพท์แบบเดี่ยวๆ อีกเทคนิคที่แนะนำคือการใช้แอปพลิเคชันช่วยทบทวนคำศัพท์ หรือการเขียนบันทึกประจำวันโดยพยายามใส่คำศัพท์เหล่านี้ลงไปในประโยค จะช่วยให้คำศัพท์ติดตัวและใช้งานได้คล่องขึ้นในเวลาสั้นๆ ในยุคที่เราอาจไม่สามารถเดินทางไปเรียนหรือเข้าคอร์สได้อย่างง่ายดาย การเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเองผ่านคำศัพท์ที่คัดสรรแล้วถือเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีและทำได้ทันทีที่บ้าน แค่ตั้งใจทำอย่างสม่ำเสมอ "เก่งขึ้นวันละนิด ดีกว่าไม่เริ่มเลย" จริงๆ ครับ
