The devil is a liar, keep praying🙏🏾✝️
In my personal journey with faith, I've learned that prayer isn't always easy, especially during challenging times when doubts and distractions try to take over your mind. The verse James 4:7, "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you," truly resonates deeply because it reminds us of the power that comes from submission to God and consistent prayer. Often, I’ve noticed that when I don’t feel like praying, it’s a sign that spiritual resistance is at work. The mind can be clouded with discouragement, fear, or busyness, which can push us away from communication with God. In those moments, forcing yourself to pray—even just a simple prayer—can shift your entire perspective. It’s like reclaiming ground from the devil’s lies and reaffirming your trust in God’s plan. Keeping a prayer journal helped me stay committed. Writing down my prayers and seeing how God answers them over time strengthens faith and keeps me motivated. Surrounding myself with a community of believers who encourage regular prayer also makes a huge difference—sometimes just sharing prayer requests reminds us that we are not alone in the fight. Remember, prayer is not about the length or eloquence but about the sincerity of your heart reaching out to God. Don’t let the lack of feeling or spiritual attack deter you. Persist in prayer, because it's through this perseverance that the devil’s influence diminishes, and peace grows within. Keep praying, and hold onto the truth that the devil is a liar who must flee in the presence of sincere faith.
