Using Rain Vodka, a gluten-free spirit distilled seven times with natural flavors, gives this drink a smooth and clean base. The addition of Blue Curacao not only brings a subtle sweetness but also a beautiful blue hue that contrasts nicely with the vibrant yellow of the lemon juice and lemonade. When making this cocktail, I recommend using fresh lemon juice for the best taste—bottled juice can sometimes taste too harsh or artificial. Shaking the ingredients well with ice chills and dilutes the drink slightly, mellowing the flavors and making it more drinkable. Serving it in a chilled martini glass with a lemon wheel garnish adds an elegant touch that’s great for entertaining guests. One thing I’ve found helpful is to adjust the lemonade quantity depending on your sweetness preference; if you like your cocktail a bit less sweet, start with 1.5 ounces of lemonade and add more if desired. This cocktail is especially enjoyable on warm days or as a light, flavorful aperitif before dinner. Overall, The Rain Drop is a versatile cocktail recipe that blends fruity citrus with a gentle vodka bite and an eye-catching presentation. Whether you’re making it for yourself or serving friends, it’s sure to brighten up your cocktail lineup.
