Vivimos en una cultura donde muchos quieren ser vistos.
Pero Jesús/Yeshúa nos enseñó algo completamente diferente.
El día que pudo exigir que todos le sirvieran… tomó una toalla y comenzó a lavar pies.
Ahí entendí que el liderazgo del Reino no se sostiene por un título, una plataforma o un reconocimiento. Se sostiene por un corazón dispuesto a servir.
No siempre será el más visible quien esté más cerca del corazón de Dios. Muchas veces será el que sirve en silencio, el que levanta a otros sin buscar aplausos y el que sigue amando aun cuando nadie lo nota.
Que nunca se nos olvide esto:
La verdadera grandeza no está en cuántas personas nos sirven, sino en cuántas personas reflejan a Cristo porque decidimos servirle.

In my personal journey of understanding leadership, I have often struggled with the temptation to be recognized and praised for my efforts. This article's message greatly resonated with me because it reminds me that true leadership, especially in a spiritual or community context, is about service rather than status. One of the most profound lessons I learned was from the example of Jesus—who, despite having the authority to command, chose to serve by washing the feet of others. This act turned traditional leadership on its head and showed that humility and love are the foundation of genuine influence. In everyday life, I’ve seen that those who quietly support, encourage, and uplift others without seeking attention often make the deepest impact. These acts of silent service might go unnoticed by the crowd, but they are highly valued by those truly paying attention and by faith itself. It’s a reminder that faith-based leadership is not about a platform or title but about a heart willing to serve. Practicing this kind of leadership has also helped me grow personally. It keeps my intentions pure and encourages me to focus more on how I can help others reflect positive values rather than how others perceive me. Leading like Jesus means embracing small acts of kindness, consistent support, and loving others even when it lacks public recognition. Ultimately, this perspective reshapes how we measure success and greatness. It’s not by how many follow us or how loudly we are heard, but by how many lives are positively touched and how much Christ-like love we show through our service. For anyone learning to lead with heart, this approach fosters deeper connection, stronger communities, and lasting influence aligned with Kingdom values.
