• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• ¾ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1–2 lemons)
• 2 tbsp capers, drained
• Optional: chopped parsley & lemon slices for garnish
🍋Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry. Season with salt and pepper. Dredge lightly in flour.
2. Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 mins per side. Remove and set aside.
