How ChatGpt Helped Me Create a Morning Routine 🌸

Do you struggle with waking up early so you can be productive? I know I do! I promise I try everyday and everyday that extra 15 mins of sleep still wins. I always hated rushing and it seems to be the story of my life. Just know I'm late for everything. I know its sad. Lately I've been attempting to get up but have no clue what to do once I'm up that I end up just going back to sleep. So I went to ChatGPT for some assistance. I just typed in my goal that I want to achieve and why and kindly asked for it to make me a list that I can follow so I don't feel discouraged. Here is a list that was created for me. And tomorrow will be my first day at attempting to have a more productive morning so we can have a great day. I know how much this has been a struggle for me so I just hope I can help someone else. My routine, much like the one I saw beautifully handwritten on paper (you know, the 'FOR MY SELF-CARE BADDIES' one!), focuses on a few core pillars: Journaling for Clarity & Gratitude: This has been HUGE for me. Even just 10-15 minutes of journaling can transform your mindset. I love starting with a gratitude journaling prompt – listing three things I'm thankful for instantly sets a positive tone. Sometimes I free-write any thoughts cluttering my mind, or I use prompts to reflect on my goals. It’s a powerful way to connect with yourself before the day gets crazy.
