This Tea is the TEA 🫖

This tea has so many benefits! The main reason I use this tea is for my cramps. I drink it one or two weeks in advance before I start my period, so I don’t develop cramps.

Sometimes my cramps are so severe that I got to pop some pain killers! 🥲 This tea though is super helpful in avoiding that pain. I just need to remember to drink it. 😅

Not going to lie this tea does not taste the best in my opinion. I recommend drinking it with some honey! 🍯
