Omelette Casserole
Incidents:
- Bell Peppers
- white onion
- mushrooms
- eggs
- milk
- hashbrowns
- Canadian bacon
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425
Step 2: Clean and cut veggies
Step 3: Add 9 eggs and milk to a bowl. Then mix in veggies
Step 4: Layer the bottom of casserole dish with cooked hashbrowns
Step 5: Layer Canadian bacon on top of hashbrowns
Step 6: Pour egg/veggie mixture on top of Canadian bacon and sprinkle cheese on top
Step 7: Cover casserole dish and cook for 20mins, after, uncover and continue cooking until cooked through.
