Monday Mood: Sunshine > The Flu. ☀️🤒

We have a new patient in the house today—Brynna is home with a flu diagnosis, but she is NOT the "stay on the couch" type! 🤸‍♀️ Between her on the trampoline and Jayden is enjoying the fresh air outside with his Nerf gun. They are determined to enjoy this 70° weather!

Meanwhile, I’m navigating a two-day headache (I think it's my turn 😅) and a major hormone reset while we wait for the next steps in our surrogacy journey. Loading up on vitamins, electrolytes, and Vitamin D to get us all 100% by Friday! 🕊️🌿

Still no official word on the next plan for surrogacy, but I’m choosing to be grateful even when the wait feels long. We happen to be heading to Universal this Friday and I’m taking the silver lining win: Since I’m not pregnant right now, I actually get to ride ALL the coasters! 🦖🙌 It’s not as great as the gift of a baby, but it’s a joy I can embrace today, and I’m leaning into that.
