Here they make non-Buffet. It is a homemade Suki that is very rare to eat today. The advantage is that we eat good things in perfect quantities. And most importantly, "This shop does not wear MSG." Dipping sauce and all raw materials are 100% natural.
Sincere and different taste.
The broth I ordered is blackwater, the taste is salty, the fragrance is delicious, not as sweet as many places. The longer the vegetable is boiled, the more mellow it is. The mamla of this place is spicy! Not spicy, it is greasy, but a soup that can soak the broth, not sore throat, very delicious.
Dipping sauce. The shop will serve a bottle of dipping sauce. Very clean. Like we opened a new bottle at the table itself (with Suki, Seafood and Ponsu). Seafood dipping sauce. This is the best! I didn't think that dipping pork into homemade seafood and going to match this much until I barely dipped anything else.
It is recommended to order shrimp egg meatballs. It is made purely of shrimp eggs. Bite to bounce against the teeth. Delicious to order more!
The atmosphere is as warm as in the series.
The most impressive is Ai and Agu, the owner of the shop, who will serve and introduce the eating technique to himself. Feeling like we are grandchildren to eat at home and have a kind nanny to take care of. It's the kind of warmth that we've seen in dramas or secret shops in Japan / Korea.
