If anyone sees EDTH (a co-owned e-commerce company) sealing with TrueBusiness, EGG Digital and SoftBank and thinking it's just a pretty MOU signing, you're wrong!
Because as far as I've tried to listen to the work and listen to the press interviews, the essence of this deal is fascinating and easy to tell...
The first is that the United States is connecting 300 companies. You know, the United States has 200-300 subsidiaries (since Mama Vago Yan Cosmetics). Each of them has done it, but this time they will bring together all of the Data! Executives honestly say that if you let small companies do it yourself, there is no way to succeed. This is the big digital fortress of Thai capital.
The second is to spread and accept that truth...The cooperatives are missing the data of the younger generation. This is very interesting! The chain acknowledges that the original customer database is getting older and older, but the data of the younger generation is not there yet! Pulling True with a base of 30-40 million users and EGG Digital to help, thus unlocking the cooperatives' understanding of this teenage insite, what they like, which channels they buy (Shopee, Lazada, Lotus, Macro) without violating PDPA laws.

Well, how is it different from AWS (Amazon Web Services) that was done last year until it was news? The executive is clear. AWS is the backyard system. Cloud makes the system for programmers to code 5 times faster. True + EGG Digital + SoftBank is the "front of the house" system that focuses on products, marketing and direct sales!
In my corner, after listening to the end, I think that this work is a full benefit in Thailand because we are about to see a smarter business model. Thai brands will adapt quickly and be ready to fight foreign capital in the country!
