Royal Stagg Renaissance Faire

Setting up our very first renaissance faire booth at the Royal Stagg Renaissance Faire in Marshall, Michigan, was an absolute dream come true! As a newcomer to the ren faire scene, there was so much to learn, but the excitement of being at our inaugural Michigan show kept us going. Our wooden display boards were adorned with multiple keychains, each boasting diverse creature designs – from tiny dragons to whimsical forest sprites. And naturally, our popular 'Creature Adoptions' stand drew a crowd, where folks could choose a custom shadow box frame for their new whimsical companion. We even had wooden holders brimming with an assortment of themed bookmarks, tempting readers to find their next fantastical tale. For the gamers, our dice trays and baskets of 'Mystery Dice' added another layer of intrigue to our ren faire booths. The whole experience of being a ren faire vendor was incredibly rewarding. From the initial layout planning to the final touches, every step was a learning curve. There’s a real art to optimizing your display for foot traffic and ensuring everything is secure yet accessible. We learned so much about interacting with the wonderful community that gathers at these events. It truly felt like we were part of something magical, sharing our passion with people who appreciate creativity and fantasy.
