My Morning Workout Cocktail

My morning non-negotiables. ☕💪

Whey. Creatine. Black coffee.

No, I don't love the taste of whey. That's why I mix it with coffee. 😂 No, I didn't know this was scientifically correct timing. My instincts just figured it out. 😂

2 scoops ON whey = 48g protein before lunch.

5g creatine = strength and recovery.

Black coffee = fuel AND taste cover. 😂

Oh and creatine for women? Marketing gimmick. Just get monohydrate. Same thing. 😂

... Read moreIn my experience, mixing whey protein with black coffee has been a game-changer for my morning workouts. At first, I was hesitant because I didn’t enjoy the plain taste of whey, but combining it with coffee not only masks the flavor but also gives me the caffeine kick I need to get going. The 48 grams of protein from two scoops of ON whey supports muscle repair and growth, especially when consumed before lunch. Adding 5 grams of creatine monohydrate has noticeably improved my strength and recovery times. Many people assume creatine products marketed specifically for women are different, but creatine monohydrate is effective for all genders. It’s simple, affordable, and well-researched for boosting muscle performance. Using black coffee as the base is a smart choice, acting as both a fuel source and a natural flavor enhancer. Plus, it keeps the calorie count low, which is helpful for managing intake when you're counting calories. For those who love quick preparations, a blender is handy to mix these ingredients smoothly without clumping. If you’re looking to optimize your morning routine, try this combo consistently and pay attention to how your body feels in strength, endurance, and energy levels. Adjust the whey protein amount based on your daily protein targets and combine it with regular strength training exercises at home or in the gym for best results. Remember, consistency and the right nutrient timing can amplify workout benefits. This morning cocktail is a convenient way to fuel your body effectively and get a good start to your day.
