We are the ones who used to hesitate a lot because our original hair was relatively healthy and afraid that hair coloring would change our health.
And now we've decided to change the color of the hair, because we want to change the look, and it's not as bad as we thought. Happy with the color of the hair is increasing, so we've written this post as a decision aid for many people who are hesitant.
Because we had little knowledge of hair coloring, we first decided to do it with the technician to get the color closest to the desired color.
We are quite serious about my health, so we choose to do without bleaching the hair first and gradually change the color a little bit at a time (due to not being confident in myself too, afraid of the sudden change of face)

Advantage
