The pork skewers were juicy and tender, with a perfect balance of seasoning, while the spicy razor clams had a delightful kick that seafood lovers will appreciate. I also enjoyed the demonstration on wrapping pork and vegetables in rice paper directly at our table, which added a fun and interactive element to the meal. What makes Lan Gio even more remarkable is the affordability. We paid around 550,000 VND (approximately SGD 27) for three generous dishes, which is exceptional value for the quality provided. Unlike some places listed in Michelin guides where waits can be long, it took only 5 minutes to be seated during lunch, despite the busy atmosphere. If you’re traveling in Da Nang and want a memorable meal that won’t break the bank, Lan Gio is definitely worth visiting. It offers an authentic Vietnamese dining experience with dishes that are both rich in taste and thoughtfully prepared. I’d recommend trying the seafood vermicelli alongside the pork skewers and clams to fully enjoy what this restaurant has to offer.
