The truth is, "gloss" is not always a measure of "endurance." The pattern that occurs on a steel surface comes from natural factors that are difficult to control. 🧐

1.Chemistry in Silicon & Phosphorus. Each lot of steel has unequal components. Steel with high silicon reacts more strongly with zinc, making the skin look matte (Dull Gray). Technically, this kind of skin often has a "extra thick" zinc thickness than normal work.

2. Thickness and heat relaxation. Thick steel will accumulate heat longer than thin steel, causing the zinc to react continuously even after lifting from the well, so the skin usually looks more matte than thin steel that cools quickly.

3.Plating standard. Whether the skin comes out gloss or matte, the core is that the "thickness of the coating layer" must be uniform and meet the ASTM A123 standard as prescribed. For the guarantee of long life.
