It was a happy ending with the beginning of "two people," not mine. Mad child's tattoo = 14-year-old Soumi-kun, and as long as he has a tattoo, Soumi-kun is not femme fatale = equal. That's why Soumi-kun says to erase the tattoo in the last scene.

※以下、最終話までのネタバレを含みます。 私がいちばん「ハッピーエンドだった」と思ったポイントは、“恋が成就したか”よりも、「二人が同じ地面に立とうとした」ことでした。ラストの空気って甘いだけじゃなくて、ちゃんと痛い。だからこそ、あれは逃避の終わりじゃなくて生活の始まりに見えました。 まず、狂児の刺青。作中で刺青は「過去の自分」「消せない記号」みたいに機能していて、聡実にとっては“14歳の聡実”が狂児に固定されてしまう装置にも見えます。年齢差や、出会ったときの非対称性（守る／守られる、教える／教わる）が、そのまま皮膚に刻まれてる感じ。だから聡実が最後に「消して」と言うのは、拒絶というより「対等になろう」の提案なんだと思いました。 ここで連想したのが谷崎潤一郎の『刺青』。刺青って、美しさや所有の象徴でありながら、同時に“支配”や“役割の固定”にもなる。狂児の愛は矢印が大きいぶん、無自覚に相手を作品化しやすい危うさがあるんですよね。聡実がそれを受け取るだけの存在にならないために、「その印を一回降ろして」と言った。私はこの一言が、いちばん強い愛の言い方に感じました。 「ファム・ファタール＝対等ではない」という読みも腑に落ちます。狂児の中で聡実が“特別”であればあるほど、聡実は自由に動けなくなる。対等って、気持ちの量じゃなくて選択権のバランスだから。刺青を消す＝“狂児だけの物語”から“二人の物語”へ切り替える儀式、みたいな。 あと『カラオケ行こ！』から追ってると、狂児の「若い頃」って派手さよりも、ずっと寂しさが芯にある印象でした。だからこそ執着が恋に見える瞬間もあるけど、『ファミレス行こ！』は「社会が許さない」「自分のエゴもある」って現実側の圧をちゃんと描いた上で、それでも一緒にいる方法を探す話だったと思います。 読み終わったあと、私は“幸せの形を更新した最終回”として受け取りました。ハピエンかどうか迷う人ほど、刺青の意味と最後の一言をもう一回読み返すと見え方が変わるかもしれません。
