Notion 101 (Part 3): Organize a Pro Study! Stop looking for files with Database 📂🎓
With Notion for a while, the pages will start to get confused! We will turn this part from a long page to a "smart filing cabinet"!
1. Change the table to read with "Gallery View" 🖼️
If we write down each subject, don't leave it as a list of names.
• Print / gallery to create image database
• Trick: In each course, let us put a beautiful cover or put a regular Icon on it. Our Dashboard will look pretty like Netflix!
2. The "Status" system controls the task of sending no misses. 🚩
In the Database table, press the + button to add Property and select "Status."
• Set to: Not started | Underway | Wait for review | Done
• Help us visualize which "group project" or "homework" needs to be spun out quickly!
3. Enter "Date Reminders" (Notification) 🔔
In the Date box, we can set a warning!
• Click on Date > Press Remind > Select 1 day before or On day of event
• Notion will send a notification to your mobile phone or computer immediately. No longer be afraid to forget the date of submission.
4. Includes subpages with "Sub-pages" (Folder-like). 📂
Do not create everything on the front page. Use the Folder system.
• Create a main page named a subject (such as "critical literature").
• Press / page to create subpages as "Week 1," "Week 2" or "Midterm Exam Summary."
• Benefit: The home page will look clean (Minimal), but the information inside is tight!
5. How to put a PDF or slides in the notes 📎
When the master sends the slide, do not switch the screen to the machine.
• Type / pdf or / file and upload the file.
• Notion will show us a preview of the PDF file to scroll through on that page immediately. Take a note. See the slide next to it. Very convenient!

การใช้ Notion เพื่อจัดการวิชาเรียนสามารถช่วยให้ชีวิตนักเรียนและนักศึกษาง่ายขึ้นมากจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวนะคะ พอเราเริ่มใช้ Notion รวบรวมโน้ตและไฟล์ในแต่ละวิชา ปัญหาหน้าเริ่มเยอะ และหาข้อมูลยากก็ตามมา แต่พอเข้าใจการใช้ระบบ Database และแยกข้อมูลเป็นหมวดหมู่ด้วย Gallery View จะช่วยทำให้ข้อมูลดูสวยงามและเข้าถึงง่ายขึ้นมากเลยค่ะ นอกจากนี้การตั้ง "Status" เป็นสิ่งที่ช่วยให้เราสามารถติดตามงานที่ต้องทำอย่างชัดเจน เช่น รู้ว่างานชิ้นไหนยังไม่เริ่มหรือเสร็จแล้ว ช่วยให้วางแผนการทำงานได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ส่วนฟีเจอร์ "Date Reminders" ก็เหมือนมีผู้ช่วยคอยเตือนวันส่งงานหรือวันสอบ ทำให้ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องลืมวันสำคัญเลย จากที่เคยลองใช้ "Sub-pages" แทนการสร้างหน้าจำนวนมากๆ บนหน้าแรก พบว่าหน้า Dashboard ดูสะอาดตามากขึ้นจริงๆ และสามารถจัดเก็บรายละเอียดอย่างเช่นสรุปหรืองานกลุ่มในแต่ละสัปดาห์ได้เป็นระเบียบ ทำให้การค้นหาข้อมูลรวดเร็วประหยัดเวลาในการเรียนรู้มาก อีกข้อดีหนึ่งของ Notion คือการสามารถอัปโหลดไฟล์ PDF หรือไฟล์สไลด์ลงในโน้ตได้โดยตรง ทำให้ไม่ต้องสลับหน้าไปมา เวลาเรียนจดโน้ตพร้อมดูสไลด์ไปด้วยกัน จัดว่าเหมาะมากกับการเรียนออนไลน์หรือการเตรียมตัวสอบ โดยรวมแล้ว การประยุกต์ใช้ Database ใน Notion ร่วมกับฟีเจอร์ต่าง ๆ ช่วยให้เราเปลี่ยนจากการจดบันทึกแบบธรรมดา ๆ เป็นการบริหารงานเรียนที่เป็นระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งสำคัญคือการตั้งค่าและปรับใช้อย่างเหมาะสมกับสไตล์การเรียนของแต่ละคน จะช่วยให้ Notion เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีประโยชน์เต็มที่สำหรับทุกคนค่ะ
