There are many eel shops in Mie! I heard that you can eat it cheaper than in the city, so I went to various places, but this is the first shop 😁

The eel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! It's delicious with plenty of sweet sauce 😋 There were two big liver in the liver! Does the liver soup taste different depending on the store? 🤔 This was light ✨
Takuan pickled in katsuobushi and Shibazuke are delicious enough to eat as much as you like 😋

はし家の鰻丼は、ひと口食べるとその食感の違いに感動します。炭火でじっくり焼き上げられた鰻は外側の香ばしさが際立ち、身は驚くほどふんわりとやわらかいのが特徴です。私も最初は大盛りにしようか迷いましたが、4切れで十分に満腹感が得られました。 肝吸いはとてもあっさりとしていて、鰻の脂っこさをさっぱりとリセットしてくれるので、鰻と一緒に味わうと非常にバランスが良いです。漬物は京都から仕入れているのか、味に深みがあってご飯のお供にぴったり。個人的には鰹節をまとった沢庵が特に気に入りました。 店内は伝統的な瓦屋根の建物で、夜でも明るく活気があります。平日の夜にも関わらず、駐車場が三か所用意されており訪れる客が絶えない人気店らしいサービス体制です。津市周辺で鰻を楽しみたい方には、コスパと味の両方で満足できる素敵なお店だと思います。 また、はし家の鰻丼はタレの甘さと香ばしさが絶妙に調和しているので、ご家庭ではなかなか再現しづらい味わい。三重県に訪れた際には、ぜひ足を運んで本場の味を堪能してみてください。贅沢な一人時間や特別な日のご馳走にもぴったりです。
