Fall Lock In: Marketing Manager Edition 🍂

Fall always feels like my real “lock in” time. 🍁

As a marketing manager in the supplement industry, this season is packed. Big trade shows, new product launches, and endless projects all hit at once — meaning my to-do lists stay stacked and my planner is basically my lifeline.

This fall, I’m reminding myself:

• It’s okay to slow down and actually enjoy the cozy weather & season change before the chaos.

• Writing everything down keeps me sane. Nothing clears my brain like crossing off tasks one by one. ✍️

• Even with the busiest schedule, carving out small resets (like a walk with a latte or working from a soft blanket corner) helps me keep perspective.

Trade show season doesn’t stop, but I can control how I prepare. This fall reset isn’t about doing less… it’s about staying grounded while I try to do it all.😅
