Personally my mum wasn’t very happy with her cut - uneven length for her short hair cut; and the back did look slightly messy - but I think she only realised it upon reaching home. Paid RM230 for a short hair cut & color with treatment.
I do acknowledge the staff’s skills and attempt, so overall I’d say I’d give like a 3.9/5 stars. I think my cut was okay; but for the product I’m not so sure. I’ve dyed my hair x3 at another salon and not once I felt like a slight stinging sensation. But I felt it here. And my hair feels quite dry to touch. Overall personally I won’t return here for cut and color, but thankfully at least this once wasn’t too bad for me. Paid RM250 for female mid length cut & color with treatment.
Nails wise I think can try! Base pedicure with color is about RM88. Most of their nails staff are quite meticulous and nice so will recommend :)

But if you are particular about haircuts and coloring, it might be better to explore other options or ask detailed questions about which stylist will handle your hair to avoid surprises. I probably won’t return for hair services, but at least the experience was not overly disappointing.
