My diet’s fail (and it’s not your fault)
Diets are a scam. 💥
Let me not even begin to calculate how much I’ve spent over the last 30 years on every diet, detox, and miracle pill out there. Spoiler alert: none of them worked. Shocking, right? 😒
They fail.
You blame yourself.
And the industry? They keep making bank while you keep trying.
How many times have you told yourself, “This time I’m gonna crush it!” only to end up back at square one, possibly holding a pint of ice cream? 🙄
Here’s the thing: It’s NOT about your willpower. It’s NOT about eating less or working out harder.
It’s your mindset. 🧠
It’s the story you’re telling yourself about having fat and the constant shit-talk that occupies your mind, like:
“I’m broken.”
“I’ll never look the way I want.”
“I can’t keep this up.”
So, how about we burn the rulebook and stop listening to all the nonsense that’s kept you stuck for years? In my Mindset of Fat Loss Challenge, we’re ditching the diet BS and focusing on what really matters: reworking the story you’re telling yourself and shutting down the negative chatter for good.
No shame. No “just try harder.” No BS.
🔥 Ready to toss the rulebook, stop the self-criticism, and finally get REAL results?

The diet industry is designed to benefit from perpetual dieting, keeping customers trapped in a cycle of failure and shame. Many people spend a fortune on diets, thinking that they simply lack willpower or the right approach. However, the real issue often lies in the mindset with which we approach dieting. Instead of focusing solely on what to eat or how much to exercise, it's essential to address the mental barriers that hinder our progress. Phrases like 'I’m broken' or 'I’ll never achieve my goal' create a negative loop, undermining your efforts. In shifting your focus to a healthier mindset, you can create a more positive narrative around food and body image. Recognizing that self-criticism does not lead to improvement is key. Engaging in reflective practices or challenges focused on mindset can help rewire your thought patterns, ultimately leading to sustainable results without the shame or pressure of traditional dieting. Remember, true change starts from within, and understanding your relationship with food is the first step towards healing.
