This is a hard one for me. I’m dealing with death
My mom passed Christmas 2025
My husband passed in October 23 2025
So it’s been hard to handle and it’s hard for me to see what God has done
Dealing with the loss of close family members is one of the most challenging experiences anyone can face. When I lost my mom and husband within a short time frame, I found myself overwhelmed by grief and struggling to see any silver lining. However, over time, I started to realize the importance of focusing not only on what I've lost but also on what has brought me through each hardship. One powerful reminder I encountered was the message: "Don't let what you're going through make you forget everything God has brought you through." This perspective helped me reflect on past challenges and victories in my life, reminding me that I have resilience and strength within me. It also renewed my faith that brighter days are ahead, even when the present feels filled with sorrow. I found that sharing my story and connecting with others who have experienced similar losses provided comfort and a sense of community. Faith, prayer, and small daily rituals gave me grounding and hope. It's crucial to allow yourself to grieve fully but also to seek moments of gratitude for the love and memories that continue to live on. If you’re navigating grief right now, remember you are not alone. Lean on loved ones, faith, or supportive communities. With time, healing is possible, and you can find peace while honoring the legacy of those you have lost.
