The price of the purchase to the mechanic depends on the budget. If low, only enough can be done, it ranges from thousands to hundreds of thousands.

I lost 180,000 baht. Let me not explain. I constantly choose to buy things. This is not an end, haha. It is considered a loose budget.

This price depends on the pile that goes down next to the house. I only use six squares of 10 trees each because I studied the area of subsidence for a while. And I looked at the project for 5 years. The first house had very little collapse, it didn't collapse at all. And I had to save a budget ‼️ and I didn't think to make more room. I only made a roof against the sun.
