Day four
Man am i exhausted. My daughter woke up at 230am last night which isn’t like her. Normally she at least sleeps until 4. So I was extremely tired.
I didn’t want to do my small workout but I pushed through and got it done! I’m also being unhealthy for supper and making chicken Alfredo but I want it so bad. Hey at least I’m eating a salad for lunch though! Baby steps!

Being a mom is a rewarding yet exhausting experience. On days when sleep is elusive, it can be tough to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's crucial to prioritize self-care amid the chaos. To stay motivated, break workouts into shorter sessions, focusing on consistency rather than intensity. Research shows that small, manageable changes can lead to significant results over time. Incorporating nutritious meals while satisfying cravings is also key. Instead of Chicken Alfredo alone, consider lighter versions that blend taste with health benefits. For those navigating postpartum weight loss, engaging with supportive communities, such as online groups or local meet-ups, can provide encouragement and shared experiences. Remember, every mom’s journey is unique, and it’s important to celebrate small victories on the path to wellness. Additionally, involving your family in healthy eating can make the process more enjoyable and foster a positive relationship with food for your children. Explore new recipes for salads or healthy sides to complement favorite dishes. Balancing cravings with mindful choices can help reduce feelings of deprivation and support long-term lifestyle changes.

it’s definitely about baby steps & consistency! my mom always says “ it’s a lifestyle not a diet” .. she says to make long term changes you shouldn’t force yourself into a crazy strict diet / workout routine.. instead pick something you can stick with and don’t deny yourself everything!
