Dark or White mode?
What reading style are we using in public?
Since my iPad screen is a tad bit bigger than a Kindle basic I usually tend to keep it in Dark mode.
But sometimes I like to switch it up especially if I’m outside.
Also is it just me or does anyone else love smaller text?? My husband is always telling me to blow up the text so it’s bigger, but I like the small text. I don’t need anyone seeing what I’m reading lol

From my own experience, choosing between dark mode and light mode really depends on your environment and personal comfort. I find dark mode to be easier on my eyes during nighttime or in low-light settings because it reduces glare and minimizes eye strain. When I’m reading outdoors, especially on a bright, sunny day, switching to light mode helps improve screen visibility since darker colors can appear washed out in direct sunlight. Another aspect I’ve noticed is how the size of the text plays a huge role in privacy and convenience. While many people prefer larger fonts for readability, I tend to keep my text smaller when reading in public to avoid drawing attention to what I’m reading. It’s a simple way to maintain some privacy, especially in crowded or public spaces. Plus, smaller text allows more content to fit on the screen, reducing the amount of scrolling needed. If you’re using devices like an iPad or a Kindle, most offer customizable settings for text size, background color, and brightness, which you can adjust based on your surroundings. For instance, the Kindle aesthetic with dark mode combines comfort and style, making reading on the go more enjoyable. On devices like the iPad mini, switching modes quickly depending on lighting conditions becomes effortless. One trick I recommend is to experiment with both modes during different times of the day and in different locations to see what feels best for your eyes. Also, try adjusting the font size to balance readability with your privacy preferences. Ultimately, whether you choose dark mode or white mode, the goal is to create a reading environment that keeps you comfortable and focused wherever you go.

I use kindle. With that said, I prefer the light mode bc appears more like a book page you know ? But at night, when I'm reading in the dark, I put in the dark mode to not kill my eyes 🤣
