私も「換気扇フィルター、どれも同じじゃない？」と思っていた派なんですが、レンジフードフィルターをちゃんと選ぶと、日々のストレスがかなり減りました。特にスターフィルター系の“厚みがあってしっかりしたフィルター”は、掃除の頻度そのものを下げやすいのが良かったです。 まず、買う前に確認してよかったポイントは「サイズ」と「固定方法」。レンジフードって見た目が似ていても、フィルターの対応サイズが微妙に違うことが多いので、購入前にレンジフードの型番や内寸をチェックしておくと失敗しにくいです。固定方法も、マグネットで取り付けられるタイプはズレにくく、外すときも楽でした。手袋をしてサッと付け替えできるだけで、気持ちのハードルが下がります。 次に気になるのが「吸い込み（換気性能）」。フィルターを付けると吸い込みが落ちそうで不安でしたが、私の場合は“体感で大きく落ちた感じはない”のに、内部のベタつきが減りました。もちろん調理内容（揚げ物が多い等）で差は出ますが、油がレンジフード内部まで到達しにくくなると、分解掃除のしんどさが段違いです。 交換の目安は、見た目の汚れだけでなく「触ったときのベタつき」「油のにおい」「表面の目詰まり感」で判断するとわかりやすいです。私は“月1回は状態チェック→必要なら交換”くらいが続けやすかったです。逆に放置しすぎると、フィルターが頑張ってくれていても、端のほうから汚れが回りやすいので注意。 最後に、地味に大事なのが「掃除の導線」。フィルターを替える日に、レンジフード周りをサッと拭く・五徳や壁も軽く拭く、までセットにするとキッチン全体がきれいに保てました。『10年後も美しいキッチンのために』って大げさに聞こえるけど、結局は“こまめにラクできる仕組み”を作れるかどうかなんだなと実感しています。
