A little bit about me!

Hello everyone! My name is Kaiya, and I'm excited to share a little about myself with the community. I recently turned 20 and have just started college, embracing the new journey ahead. One of my most cherished role is being a dog mom to my adorable pup, Daphne, who recently had puppies. It's been a joy watching them grow, even though I miss them dearly since they’ve gone to their new homes. Health has played a pivotal role in my life, as I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which causes my joints to be hypermobile. This condition has led to multiple surgeries on my shoulders, but I strive to maintain a positive outlook. I'm also proud of my heritage, being part Japanese, and my mom has been a tremendous influence in my life. Despite facing her own battles, including breast cancer, she remains my main source of inspiration. Her strength has motivated me throughout my journey. In addition to my studies, I’ve been working at a pawn shop since April 2022 and have taken on a role as a nanny. These experiences have helped me grow and learn more about responsibility and care for others. Driving may not be my strong suit, but I aim to improve every day!
