My mobile app for KPOP fans

Just reminiscing back on the time I used .Net Maui to make an android app to share about new kpop songs in a pretty way! If you are a coding beginner/intermediate and want to make mobile apps, I do think that Maui is easier than android studio and was able to pick it up without prior knowledge of C sharp.

I made this mostly for myself to view and sort all the kpop comebacks from the month and save my favorites 💗

You can search sort and filter published and upcoming kpop comebacks the day they are announced, swipe to 'like' and clicking each list entry links to the YouTube music video. It helps me not miss out on anything bc I am not very active on Twitter 😂

If you're on android, you are welcome to check it out 😚 KpopFresh by rubyapplications.

I coded a period tracker with skulls on it too if you are interested in tracking your period without worrying both data privacy

... Read moreAs a fellow Kpop fan, I totally get the struggle of keeping up with all the amazing comebacks! It feels like every week there's a new release from groups like NMIXX, (G)I-DLE, and ITZY, and without a good system, it's so easy to miss out on new music. Before I found a reliable way to track everything, I used to scroll endlessly through Twitter or check multiple fan forums, only to still discover a week later that my favorite group had dropped a new single! That's why having a dedicated Kpop comeback schedule app, like KpopFresh by rubyapplications, has been such a game-changer for me. Seriously, when I first started using a proper Kpop tracker, it felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. No more FOMO! These apps are designed to centralize all the crucial information. You can usually find release dates, album details, and even links to music videos all in one place. What I love most is the ability to easily filter and sort upcoming releases. Imagine being able to see only your top groups' comebacks for the month, or quickly search for a specific artist. It saves so much time and ensures you're always in the loop. Beyond just tracking, a good Kpop comeback calendar often offers extra features that make the fan experience even better. For instance, being able to 'like' or mark favorites helps personalize your feed, ensuring you can quickly revisit the songs you're most excited about. And having direct links to YouTube music videos? Pure genius! It streamlines the process from discovery to enjoyment. It's like having a personal assistant for your Kpop obsession. If you're someone who's constantly trying to manage your Kpop schedule, I highly recommend exploring these types of apps. They're not just for power users; even casual fans can benefit immensely from having a clear, organized overview. While I personally adore KpopFresh, there are various options out there, so finding one that fits your style is key. Look for features like customizable notifications, a clean filtering interface, and a comprehensive database of comebacks. And for those of you who might be thinking, "Wow, I wish I could build something like that!" – the original post mentioning coding a mobile app using .Net Maui really resonates. It shows that with a bit of dedication, anyone can create tools to solve their own problems or enhance their hobbies. Seeing 'I coded a Mobile App' and 'GIRL CODE' in the images is super inspiring! It’s a testament to how accessible app development can be, even for beginners. Whether you're coding your own solution or just using an existing app, having a solid Kpop comeback tracker is absolutely essential for every fan who wants to stay connected to the vibrant world of Kpop.
