Nani ga suki??? tampons or pads more?
Choosing between tampons and pads is a personal preference, often influenced by comfort, lifestyle, and specific needs during menstruation. Tampons are inserted internally, offering discreet protection and convenience for activities like swimming or sports. They come in various absorbencies to match flow levels, but it’s important to change them regularly to reduce the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome. On the other hand, pads are worn externally and come in different sizes and absorbencies to ensure comfort and leak protection. They are easier to use without prior experience and can be more comfortable for those sensitive to internal products. Many people switch between tampons and pads depending on their activity or comfort. For example, some use tampons for physical activities and pads overnight for extra security. There are also options like organic and biodegradable pads and tampons for those looking for environmentally friendly alternatives. Listening to your body and trying different products can help determine what works best for you. Remember, no choice is wrong—menstrual care is all about what makes you feel comfortable and confident.

Personally, I prefer pads. It’s just easier and more comfortable for me. I wasn’t a fan of tampons. I think it’s okay for everyone to have their preference.
