$13 sgd uniqlo jeans at this JB thrift store? 🤯😱😳

saw people recommend thrifting at jalan jalan japan and at bandoru and there are really good finds at both 🤩 if you are on a time crunch and only can go to either, here’s what you can expect:

✨Bandoru @ Plaza Angsana✨

📍Address: Bandoru Bundle Johor

super wide range of selection! definitely has more items than the JJJ i went

can find lots of staples👖can’t believe i found $13 sgd uniqlo jeans at this place

if you are looking for long skirts or jeans, this is the place to go!

they also have a ton of army green shade bomber jackets 🧥

fitting rooms available ✅

💰 Price: 20-60 rm

✨Jalan Jalan Japan @ Galleria Kotaraya ✨

📍Address: Jalan Jalan Japan - Galleria Kotaraya

so near to city square mall and komtar jbcc and zenith mall haidilao please, perfect shopping itinerary 🛍️😛

only a 5-10 mins walk to city square mall

definitely has more unique items

has two stores side by side - 1 for branded items

💰 Price: 5 rm - 30 rm for the items i saw (not sure for the branded bags) my fila and adidas top were 15-20 rm 🥵

✨Overall✨: Bandoru for more staples and Jalan Jalan Japan for more unique items

but if you have time, i recommend gg for both, they are only a 15-20 mins drive from each other

best of both worlds 🌎

Read moreFrom my own experience thrifting in Johor Bahru, these two spots—Bandoru at Plaza Angsana and Jalan Jalan Japan at Galleria Kotaraya—are truly treasure troves for fashion lovers on a budget. Bandoru amazed me with its extensive variety of staples, including long skirts, army green bomber jackets, and jeans that fit my style perfectly, all at very reasonable prices ranging from 20 to 60 RM. The $13 SGD Uniqlo jeans I found there were especially impressive, offering great quality for such a bargain price. Jalan Jalan Japan, just a short walk from popular shopping destinations like City Square Mall and Komtar JBCC, offers a slightly different vibe with more unique and branded items. I personally found some cool pieces like Fila and Adidas tops in the 15-20 RM range that were hard to resist. The two connected stores feature one dedicated to branded goods, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking unique finds. An unexpected but delightful find was the gorgeous lavender skirt with delicate butterfly cutouts that really stood out amidst the racks. The availability of fitting rooms in Bandoru made trying on clothes convenient, which is a big plus for thrift shoppers. For anyone planning a quick shopping itinerary in JB, these two locations complement each other well—Bandoru is ideal for staples and basics, while Jalan Jalan Japan is perfect for those looking to add unique and stylish accents to their wardrobes. Because they are only about a 15-20 minute drive apart, visiting both is doable and highly recommended to get the best of both worlds. Thrifting has become a beloved way to shop sustainably while scoring fashionable pieces. For those new to JB thrifting, I suggest going early during the weekdays when the stores are less crowded and the best items are still on the shelves. Also, bringing reusable bags and cash in smaller denominations makes the shopping experience smoother. Overall, these thrift stores are great spots to find quality, affordable fashion pieces that add personality to your wardrobe without breaking the bank. Don’t miss out on the chance to uncover hidden gems like the $13 SGD Uniqlo jeans or standout lavender skirts—you might be surprised at what you can discover!
