✨ Beginning my journey to become a project manager✨
💥My first step was speaking with my manager and being vocal about wanting to learn and take on tasks that support this goal and she was actually excited and more than willing to help since she started as a project manager. At the moment, she is coaching me through small projects, I’m kind of using this as a mini internship.
