This advice applies to everyone, regardless of gender. While, yes, men more commonly mischannel feminine energy than women(while women more commonly overload the feminine), anyone can be susceptible to either. Overloading(channeling too much) or mischanneling(misusing) either divine feminine or masculine energy stems from misinformation about divine feminine and masculine spirituality, neglecting or rejecting one's masculine or feminine side, or from misogyny and/or misandry. These energies are polar opposites, yes, but they are both meant to be balanced and embraced within you. When both are channeled properly, these two energies will compliment each other as they're supposed to, rather than conflicting. A healthy spiritual path requires both; shunning either aspect within oneself, especially due to societal pressures and worldly gender norma, negatively impacts your journey and well-being. You cannot have one without the other.

From personal experience exploring spiritual energy, I found that recognizing signs of overloaded or mischanneled feminine energy was key to regaining balance in my life. Emotional instability and hypersensitivity often led me to feel overwhelmed, making it difficult to maintain resilience or set healthy boundaries. I noticed myself falling into patterns like people-pleasing and neglecting self-care, which only reinforced feelings of burnout. What helped me was learning to embrace both the divine feminine and masculine energies within. Instead of focusing solely on nurturing qualities, I started cultivating assertiveness and decision-making skills, which are often part of masculine energy. This balance allowed me to break free from codependency and stop taking on others’ burdens unnecessarily. Meditation and mindfulness practices became valuable tools to notice when I was slipping into over-nurturing or mindless obedience. It's important to understand that these energies are complementary, not opposing. Societal norms sometimes push us to reject parts of ourselves, but accepting both sides fosters growth and well-being. When I integrated these lessons into my spiritual journey, I noticed an improvement in my emotional stability and overall sense of direction. For anyone struggling with similar signs—like stagnancy, hypersensitivity, or difficulty relaxing—remember that balance is attainable through self-awareness, self-care, and conscious effort to channel energies properly. If you relate to symptoms such as paranoia, hypervigilance, or a persistent lack mentality, it could be a signal to reassess how you engage with your feminine and masculine energies. Embracing both with respect and intention can transform not only your spiritual path but also your everyday experience, helping you to live more authentically and peacefully.
